Working right alongside the General Manager, you'll serve as the primary face of the site, masterminding executive logistics, shaping company culture, and keeping communications sharp and seamless. High SchoolResponsibilities Provide daily administrative support to the General/Plant Manager and Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Coordinate cross-departmental follow-ups, manage high-level internal and external stakeholder communications with tact, and oversee cross-functional project execution. Manage the site canteen and Company Store (including inventory, staffing, and budgets alongside HR). Define and maintain plant visual standards, including signage, meeting room upkeep, and overall site aesthetics. Serve as the site communication lead to align messaging, manage digital communication tools, facilitate site tours, and lead local donation requests and community outreach initiatives. Coordinate travel, meeting logistics, expense reporting, and supply ordering. Maintain the stock allocation Daily Management System (DMS), tracking relevant process measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Act as the site PPE coordinator (managing uniforms, safety shoes, and glasses). Animate the Sustainability Committee to drive action plans, routines, and targets while strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Safeguard sensitive operational and personnel data, executing all responsibilities with complete confidentiality and performing other duties as assigned. Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); hands-on experience with SAP, digital communication tools, and graphic design platforms is a plus.
