Job Description

Site Manager - Full Time Full-Time Site Manager for Tax Credit property in Siler City, NC. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and seek solutions is a must. Maturity, consistency, high standards for organization and efficiency, and delivery of exceptional customer service are required. Computer literacy and basic math skills needed. Candidate must successfully pass credit, criminal and pre-employment drug screening. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Understand and enforce the lease
  • Diligently work to maintain high occupancy
  • Maintaining and updating the waiting list
  • Explaining screening and qualifying criteria
  • Completing annual recertifications with current residents in accordance with required time frames
  • Communicate with residents regarding rents/balances due
  • Frequently walk the property to ensure best curb appeal and image is being presented
  • Show vacant apartment homes and amenities
  • Providing property information to prospective residents
  • Answering incoming calls; Returning calls
  • Address resident concerns in a timely and effective manner
  • Reporting to the Property Manager and/or Director of Property Management regarding property performance
  • Work closely with other on-site Team Members, vendors/contractors
  • Maintain a neat and organized office in accordance with company standards
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
