Ultimately, the job of the Weekend Charge DSP is to supervise and develop staff/resident relations in accordance with both company and State policies during weekend hours.
This includes:
Reports managerial concerns to Site Director. Manages weekend operations of assigned shift. Ensures resident rights are protected at all times. Ensures program consistency and coordination at the day program/site through regular monitoring and follow-up. Supervise all direct care staff on weekends, ensuring all household procedures and learning programs are followed (including filing employee injury reports, conducting personnel reviews, approving time off and submitting PARs). Maintain communication with HR and Site Director on staff concerns. Maintain coverage and monitor all documentation to ensure accuracy and ensure completion. Report allegations of abuse and neglect to internal investigations team. Monitor household and vehicle health and safety, and report any concerns to Facilities immediatelyJob Type:
