The Inventory Coordinator maintains accurate inventory and supports warehouse operations through receiving, material handling, order picking, inventory control, and system transactions. This role ensures raw materials, components, and supplies are received, stored, issued, picked, and documented accurately in compliance with company SOPs, FIFO practices, GMP, ISO, and FDA requirements. This position works closely with Receiving, Production, Purchasing, and Operations to support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, inbound shipments, material organization, and production demand. It also supports warehouse organization, dock operations, shipping, and a safe, compliant work environment. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate the delivery of raw materials to production by working with Quality and the Materials Manager and following FIFO practices Pick and stage production orders accurately and on time to support manufacturing operations, while staging, stocking, transferring, and organizing materials within designated warehouse locations Coordinate shipments to support production operations Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping documents. Maintain receiving and shipping logs and complete documentation accurately and on time Coordinate inbound shipments and assist with loading and unloading materials using warehouse equipment Perform cycle counts and annual physical inventories, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and prepare daily reports in alignment with the inventory system. Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system, monitor stock levels, manage material locations, and ensure overall warehouse organization Support dock operations, warehouse housekeeping, and 5S activities. Assist with shipping preparation, pallet wrapping, and other assigned material handling tasks. Participate in cross-training and provide backup support for warehouse and inventory functions. Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements Education/Required Experience/Qualifications High school or equivalent (Preferred) 8-hour shift-Monday to
