Job Description
Maintenance Coordinator -
Finishers SUMMARY:
Coordinates and supervises both the initial renovations and any maintenance projects for the Company Finishers. Manages supplies, inventory, and contractors for project crews. Has daily administrative duties to help manage departments.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following but other duties may be assigned: Define scope of work and prepare project plan, including budget. Prepare detailed construction schedules. Pre materials list, with estimated labor requirements. Complete CAR form as/if required. Order materials and ensure necessary tools are available. Oversee project from beginning to completion, assigning staff/subcontractors activities. Performs maintenance audits for farms, creates detailed report for major R&M and capital needs.Coordinates projects and crews:
Provide on-site supervision to whatever extent is necessary. Assist in completion of renovation and maintenance repair and maintenance. Train employees in using of equipment, and completion of tasks. Responsible for supervising project/staff/subcontractors, to include hiring, disciplinary action and evaluation of performance. Maintain tools and equipment. Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of OSHA are enforced. Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control. General detailed progress reports and updated timelines for management. Follow all Biosecurity requirements. Report all environmental issues immediately to their supervisor. Coordinator job site cleanup, and disposal of any waste material., Carries out other duties as defined by management.KNOWLEDGE, SKILS, EDUCATION & EXP
{ERIECE REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma, minimum . College degree preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years experience and/or extensive knowledge in basic construction related activities. Minimum 1 year experience in project/construction management or related position, preferred hog production experience.Benefits
