(919) 850-9600 Our client is looking for an experienced Division Manager to lead the operations, financial performance, and business development efforts of their Wilmington division. This individual will oversee project management, production, estimating, and field operations while ensuring the division operates safely, efficiently, and profitably.Responsibilities:
- Lead all division operations, including project management, estimating, production, financial performance, and overall profitability.
- Develop, mentor, and manage project managers, supervisors, and field teams while ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and key clients to drive business development and expand market share.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and achieve division growth and revenue goals.
Job Requirements Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in electrical construction, electrical contracting, or a related commercial construction environment.
- 2+ years of experience managing operations, project management, estimating, financial performance, and team leadership.
Preferences:
- Proven ability to drive business development, build client relationships, and lead profitable division growth.
- Experience leading a branch, division, or business unit within an electrical contracting organization.
- Electrical license or relevant industry certifications.
