- We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team and lead high-impact commercial construction projects, with a focus on K-12 educational facilities.
Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of assigned projects from startup through closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Prepare and manage owner pay applications. Negotiate and administer subcontract agreements. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract documentation. Monitor project schedules and collaborate with field leadership to maintain progress. Identify and mitigate project risks. Lead owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings. Coordinate project closeout, owner training, attic stock, and warranty requirements.Qualifications:
5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction. Experience with K-12, higher education, municipal, or public-sector projects (strongly preferred). Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls. Experience managing projects ranging from $10 million to $100+ million. Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office, and project management software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).A bit about us:
