THE OPPORTUNITY

Dwell Outdoor is looking for an experienced leader to take ownership of our growing Screen & Wall Division. This is a hands-on management position with the opportunity to lead a team, improve processes, and help shape the division as it grows. You'll work directly with company leadership and have meaningful input into how the department operates.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Lead, train, and develop installation crews Oversee field measurements, materials, ordering, scheduling, and project readiness Maintain installation standards and perform field quality control Manage inventory, tools, vehicles, and department organization Track labor, productivity, and project performance Identify problems and implement improvements to processes and efficiency Work directly with company leadership to support the growth of the division

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven leadership experience in construction, installation, exterior products, or a related field Experience managing crews, projects, materials, or field operations Strong organization and problem-solving ability High standards for workmanship and finished quality Clear, professional communication Comfortable making decisions and being accountable for results Willingness to work hands-on with the team and travel to project sites as needed Ownership, integrity, professionalism, and a positive approach to leadership Direct motorized screen experience is a plus, but not required for a strong candidate with relevant field and leadership experience.
