Commercial Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

This role involves managing multifamily and commercial construction projects throughout the Fargo area from preconstruction through closeout Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, schedules, contracts, subcontractors, change orders, project documentation, and logistics while coordinating with clients, design professionals, superintendents, and field teams Additional duties include reviewing blueprints, conducting site visits, coordinating materials and equipment, tracking costs, processing change orders, and resolving jobsite issues Work is split between the office and project sites and may involve new construction, renovations, site development, concrete, earthwork, carpentry, and other commercial construction projects Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
