Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead execution of Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs) in support of MHU-196 and MHU-204 munitions trailers across multiple Air Force installations. This role is responsible for overseeing depot-level maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with applicable Technical Orders (TOs), and coordinating field operations across geographically dispersed teams in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise TCTO execution efforts in accordance with TO 35D3-29-3-517/521 and 522/523. Oversee depot-level maintenance, modifications, and operational checks on MHU-196 and MHU-204 trailers. Coordinate and manage multi-site field activities across Barksdale AFB, Minot AFB, and Whiteman AFB. Serve as the primary on-site interface with Government stakeholders and ensure alignment with mission requirements. Monitor schedule, performance, and quality to ensure timely and compliant execution. Provide leadership to field teams, ensuring adherence to safety, technical, and operational standards. Support reporting requirements and maintain documentation in accordance with contract and PWS guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience leading maintenance or modification efforts in a DoD or Air Force environment. Strong familiarity with Technical Orders (TOs) and Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs). Proven ability to manage dispersed teams across multiple locations. Experience coordinating directly with Government personnel and stakeholders. Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills. Ability to travel between CONUS locations as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with munitions handling equipment (MHE), specifically MHU-196 and MHU-204. Background in depot-level maintenance or sustainment operations. Active or prior security clearance.
