What You'll Do Manage contents restoration projects from start to finish Lead restoration crews and coordinate subcontractors Develop scopes of work and review estimates Communicate with customers and clients throughout the project Negotiate project scope and pricing approvals Schedule crews, equipment, materials, and resources Oversee residential and commercial restoration projects Maintain accurate job files, documentation, photos, and updates Monitor project expenses, equipment, and materials Ensure safe work practices and company standards are followed Recruit, train, and manage restoration personnel Address customer concerns and maintain a high level of satisfaction Continue developing leadership, management, and restoration expertise What We're Looking For 3+ years of operations experience 1+ years of contents experience Experience in contents cleaning/restoration, restoration, or construction preferred Strong knowledge of contents restoration and/or Encircle Experience working with both residential and commercial projects Ability to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as needed Compensation & Schedule $65k-70k base salary + commission (open to going higher for right person) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance after 60 days 401(k) with Company Match Profit Sharing On-site gym PTO and Paid Holidays Company Vehicle $1,500 Employee Referral Bonus $1,000 Annual Anniversary Bonus Training and professional development Monday-Friday schedule Strong long-term growth potential If you are looking to take the next step in your career to work for a team that is quality-focused and well-established in the restoration industry, APPLY TODAY!
