GED Full Job Description What You'll Do Elevate Inspection Processing :

Review move-out and move-in inspections as they come in from the field. Translate findings, photos, and documented resident-caused damages into a clear, complete scope of work for each unit — cleaning, painting, flooring, repairs, and specialty work — and route damage documentation to the appropriate team for review.

Elevate Turn Scheduling :

Build and own the schedule for all turn work across the portfolio. Sequence each job in the right order, set target completion dates, and adjust priorities as move-ins, vacancies, and field conditions change.

Elevate Central Dispatch :

Dispatch in-house technicians and third-party vendors from a central location for the entire portfolio. Match each job to the right resource based on scope, skill, availability, and location, and provide the access details and instructions needed to get the work done right the first time.

Elevate Parts and Expense Tracking:

Order parts and materials based on inspection findings, and keep turn costs in line with the approved scope.

Elevate Schedule Accountability :

Keep every turn on track. Monitor progress daily, follow up on delays and missed dates, confirm completed work is closed out against the assigned scope, and escalate recurring vendor or quality concerns to your manager. Elevated Hands-On Knowledge:

Enough maintenance and mechanical knowledge to read an inspection and understand what's broken, what it will take to fix it, who should do the work, and what parts the job calls for. You don't need a background in property management; we'll teach you the rest.

Elevated Problem-Solving:

Able to juggle competing priorities across many properties, recognize what will slow a turn down, and adjust the schedule before it becomes a delay.

Elevated Collaboration:

Comfortable serving as the central point of contact between inspectors, technicians, vendors, and site teams. You share information proactively so the whole operation stays aligned.

Elevated Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Comfortable working in work order systems, spreadsheets, and email throughout the day.

Elevated Communication:

Clear written and verbal communication. You can turn inspection findings into clear work orders, give technicians and vendors precise instructions, and provide timely status updates to site and leasing staff.

Elevated Work Environment :

Based in a central office, coordinating work for properties across the entire portfolio. Occasional property visits may be required.
