Our office is fast paced with strict deadlines. The position requires a physical presence, and remote working is not an option. This role supports the daily operations of our construction projects, property management, and equipment rentals. Responsibilities include project coordination, preparing quotes, assisting HR with payroll and benefit coordination, Accounts Receivable and Payable, DOT documentation and general office duties such as filing and answering phones. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of office experience and is detail-oriented, able to multi-task, excellent communication skills, and time management skills. Experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) is required and QuickBooks Online is preferred. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Teams is a plus. A valid driver's license is required. Must have a high school education. This is a non-smoking environment. Those who are flexible, dependable and have a positive attitude should contact the Office Manager at Rate of pay based on experience.
