Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the on-site construction team Coordinate and oversee all site work Work with the Project Manager Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment Maintain safety, cleanliness, and orderliness on-site Ensure quality standards and project deadlines are met Problem-solving and decision-making

Qualifications:

Experience as a Construction Superintendent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred
