Negotiable based on level of experience between $27.00 - $32.00 PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESThe primary function of the Trust Administrator is to serve as account and client support administrator for an existing book of business. This position works closely with the Wealth Advisors and other team members and Client Services Team.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
& MEASURESKey Accountabilities 1. Model behaviors consistent with A+ Merits to foster an effective culture.2. Maintain a high level of satisfaction for new and existing clients.3. Communicate effectively with clients and other relevant team members on account administration, trust and estate matters. 4. Schedule regular client review meetings, to include review meeting preparation and coordination of meeting materials5. Review, initiate, and report activity in compliance with the legal requirements and internal policies and procedures. 6. Completion of administrative portion of annual Reg. 9 reviews7. Review account cash levels in accounts to prevent unscheduled account overdraftsSuccess Measures1. Timely processing of client disbursement requests.2. To include review cash levels and communication with FCI to raise cash level if necessary.3. Responding to client inquiries (phone or email) within 1-2 business days4. Timely completion of Reg. 9 reviews 5. Complete all assigned training within timelines assigned
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS1.

Risk Management:
Ensure client objectives are met and are consistent with the governing documents, policies and procedures, state trust code and sound fiduciary administration principles to best serve the interests of the beneficiaries while managing fiduciary risk.3.
Account Management:
Collaborate with the trust team(s) on new account paperwork, closing paperwork, wire and ACH transfers, principle and income account portfolios, administrative reviews, bill pay, distributions, ticklers, and all other account administration from opening to closing.4.
Customer Service:
Contact and respond to clients inquiries in a timely manner, provide quality customer service by meeting or exceeding the clients needs and expectations. Prepares materials for client and prospect meetings, including reports and presentation packages.5. Work in a team environment to provide high levels of service to clients and in conjunction with the other wealth team members who share in the service of client relationships.6. Review, interpret, and implement policies and procedures within compliance and departmental guidelines.7. Responsible for maintaining accurate account coding and related tax coding for disbursements, deposits and transfers.8.
Pro-Active Time Management:
Reacts to various matters and re-prioritizes as appropriate to ensure all deadlines are met.9.
Other Tasks:
Handle departmental projects relating to accounts and special assets. Participate on various committees as needed.10. Satisfactorily completes all required compliance training and complies with all regulations which apply within the scope of the position. Maintains knowledge of and ensures compliance with Federal and State banking regulations and adheres to all Bank policies and procedures.11. Perform additional administrative duties as requested.
MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards with moderate level of noise. Some physical effort required; normally seated with the freedom of movement on a regular basis. Visual and dexterity to operate general office equipment. Handling of light material and supplies. General office environment subject to frequent interruptions.

DESIRED EDUCATIONBachelor's Degree in Finance, Investments, Financial Planning
DESIRED JOB EXPERIENCE2
plus years of experience in trust and investments administration preferred
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to effectively work with clients and Relationship Managers in a team environment; Demonstrated basic working knowledge of fiduciary operational and risk mitigation standards, including the ability to effectively communicate related policies and procedures; Willingness to learn the functional nature and mechanics of various fiduciary accounts; Ability to effectively interpret and communicate administrative actions to clients.
