Lead a Landmark $45M+ New England Project Join a Relationship-Driven Builder with Repeat Clients About Our Client Founded more than 35 years ago, our client is a leading construction manager and general contractor with over $100M in annual revenue and approximately 90 employees. They specialize in healthcare, education, hospitality, commercial, and institutional construction projects throughout New England and are known for their collaborative culture, strong preconstruction expertise, and exceptional client retention. Job Description Manage day-to-day on-site activities for the $45M ground-up project in Durham, NH. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and the project management team to ensure timely progress. Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations. Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any deviations proactively. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues. Oversee material deliveries and ensure proper inventory management. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
