Job Description
Education Supervisor — Lead With Purpose. Change Lives. If you're looking for a leadership role where your work truly matters, becoming an Education Supervisor at Crotched Mountain School may be your next calling. At Crotched Mountain School, you won't simply supervise a team—you will help create the environment where students with severe neurodevelopmental and intellectual disabilities can learn, connect, communicate, and become more independent. Our students have some of the most complex behavioral and developmental needs in New England. As a Special Education Supervisor, you'll lead and support the staff working directly with them, setting clear expectations for meaningful student engagement, consistent implementation of individualized supports, and a team culture built around patience, dignity, and purpose. Some days will be challenging. Students may experience moments of intense behavior that require calm, confident leadership and a team that knows how to respond. You'll be there to guide staff through those moments, step in when needed, and make sure safety, consistency, and student well-being remain at the center of every decision. Here, your leadership doesn't just support a team—it helps create the conditions for students to discover what they're capable of. About Crotched Mountain School... Nestled in the beautiful Monadnock region of New Hampshire, Crotched Mountain School offers a therapeutic and adventure-based environment for learners. Our expansive campus features hiking trails, lakes, an Olympic-sized pool, a media center, a bowling alley, and a panoramic library — all designed to help students grow socially, academically, and emotionally. Over the past three years, Seven Hills has been revitalizing this historic program: expanding services, welcoming new students, and building a passionate team of clinicians, educators, and caregivers who make extraordinary things possible for youth with neurodevelopmental disabilities. What You'll Do... You will lead and support a team of Paraeducators while helping ensure students receive exceptional care, educational support, and behavioral services in a safe, therapeutic environment.
