Position Summary… Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the Medication Nursing Assistant administers medications and treatments to stable residential students and completes all required documentation in accordance with established nursing standards and regulatory requirements. In this role, you will: Administer scheduled and PRN medications as delegated by an RN or LPN Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration at all times Document all medication administration or refusals in the MAR per policy Count, administer, and document controlled substances Monitor students' medical needs in accordance with MARs, TARs, IEPs, and residential care plans Obtain and record vital signs, heights, and weights as requested Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant medication room and cart Monitor medication inventory and coordinate reorders with pharmacy and central supply Report medication errors, adverse reactions, or concerns promptly to nursing staff Communicate with parents/guardians regarding medication supplies Follow all infection control and safety protocols Complete required continuing education and professional development Uphold the mission, values, and ethical standards of Seven Hills Foundation What You Bring… High School Diploma or GED/HiSET Valid, unrestricted Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) license issued by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing is required Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a licensed MNA Standard Driver's License (Class C or D) Shifts Available... Saturday & Sunday; 6:00am-10:00pm, & Wednesday; 2:00pm-10:00pm OR...
