Commercial & Residential- Multifamily, Schools, Retail, Restaurants, education centers, etc. New construction, Renos & Tenant Fit outs Sells of the business: Currently growing with a very strong pipeline through 2026. Healthy mix of renos and ground up projects Job Description Assist in managing daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain workflow and resolve on-site challenges. Monitor compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Support the Superintendent in maintaining accurate project documentation and reports. Inspect work progress and provide feedback to ensure adherence to project specifications. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates. Help manage materials delivery and inventory to avoid project delays. Ensure proper site cleanliness and organization to promote a safe working environment. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: Experience with construction project management, including scheduling and quality control. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry. Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with various teams. Detail-oriented mindset to ensure project specifications are met. Ability to adapt to changing project needs and resolve issues promptly.
