About Our Client Our client is a rapidly growing construction management firm with a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial and residential projects. Backed by a healthy project pipeline and repeat clients, the company offers long-term stability, career growth, and exposure to diverse construction projects. Job Description Lead all field operations for multifamily renovation and ground-up construction projects. Manage day-to-day jobsite activities, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, and workforce planning. Oversee the renovation of a historic mill building being converted into 45 residential units. Lead a forthcoming 32-unit apartment building project in downtown Hanover, NH, scheduled to begin in February 2027. Drive project schedules and proactively identify and resolve field challenges to maintain milestones. Enforce project safety programs, quality control standards, and company best practices. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and trade partners throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage documentation, reporting, drawings, and project communication. Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress updates while maintaining strong client relationships. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations. The Successful Applicant Must-Have Requirements Experience serving as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent on commercial, residential, or multifamily construction projects. Ability to commute to project sites in the Lebanon/Hanover, NH area. Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam. Strong understanding of construction scheduling, site safety, quality control, and subcontractor management. Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate multiple trades effectively. Preferred Qualifications Multifamily construction experience. Experience with both renovation and ground-up construction projects. Residence in New Hampshire or Vermont.
