Job Description Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout. Manage project schedules and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel. Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and in accordance with contract documents. Oversee daily site operations, logistics planning, and workforce management. Conduct regular site meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders. Utilize Procore and Bluebeam to manage project documentation, reporting, and coordination. Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Resolve field issues proactively while maintaining project momentum and productivity. Partner with Project Managers and ownership teams to achieve project goals and client expectations. The Successful Applicant A Successful Lead Superintendent should have: Experience as a Superintendent or Lead Superintendent managing commercial, residential, or multifamily construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, site logistics, safety practices, and quality control. Experience coordinating subcontractors and leading field teams. Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong communication throughout project execution. Must be located within commuting distance of Lebanon or Hanover, New Hampshire. Candidates residing in New Hampshire or Vermont are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience with adaptive reuse, renovation, or occupied building projects. Background managing ground-up residential developments.
