The Lead Carpenter/Framer is responsible for supervising field crews, coordinating daily activities, maintaining productivity, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to RHR Construction's quality standards. Duties Lead and supervise field crews on multiple commercial construction projects. Coordinate daily work activities with Superintendents, Project Managers, and Subcontractors. Plan and assign manpower to maximize productivity and meet project schedules. Review construction drawings, specifications, and project scope with field personnel. Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications. Identify and resolve field issues while communicating project updates to management. Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and jobsite logistics. Monitor labor productivity and support schedule adherence. Conduct safety meetings and enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Maintain daily reports, timekeeping, and production documentation. Assist with punch lists, inspections, and project closeout activities. Qualifications Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience leading commercial metal stud framing and drywall crews. Strong knowledge of metal stud framing, drywall and commercial construction practices. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience coordinating multiple crews and maintaining project schedules. Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards. Drivers License required Preferred Qualifications OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
