Support complex multifamily construction projects $50M+ About Our Client About my client: Regional general contractor headquartered in Northern New England with multiple offices across the region and recent geographic expansion. Performs projects throughout the Northeast, including work in several New England states and neighboring markets. Established in the late 1990s. Team size of approximately 130 employees. Provides general contracting, design-build, and sustainable construction services. Serves a diverse mix of markets including healthcare, education, hospitality, multifamily residential, municipal, and commercial sectors. Experience with both ground-up construction and renovation projects. Typical project size ranges from approximately $1M to $50M. Job Description The Superintendent - Multifamily Construction in NH will: Manage daily on-site operations for multifamily construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule. Monitor and enforce safety standards on-site. Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets project specifications. Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and stakeholders. Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays. Prepare and maintain daily reports on project progress. Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations. Proficiency in coordinating subcontractors and managing schedules. Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in construction. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Manchester.
