Job Description The Superintendent - Multifamily Construction in NH will: Manage daily on-site operations for multifamily construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule. Monitor and enforce safety standards on-site. Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets project specifications. Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and stakeholders. Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays. Prepare and maintain daily reports on project progress. Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
