The Role we are hiring for: This person will supervise a crew and play an integral part in every stage of roofing repairs. They will complete projects on time and within budget, while making sure that the roofing team works in safe conditions. To carry out their duties, Repair Roofing Site Managers require skills and experience in supervision, costing, and project planning, in addition to excellent knowledge of roofing techniques and materials. What you'll need: Technical knowledge and 5+ years of experience with asphalt shingle roofing (3 tab and architectural), metal, and EPDM rubber Understanding of the roofing process and the ability to train, coach, and mentor others Ability to resolve leaks and roofing issues, improvising as needed Ability to manage time efficiently and lead crews to meet deadlines Skills you'll bring: Strong work ethic and drive - seeing the job through to completion with quality and accuracy Strong leadership and supervisory experience Confidence Assertive and decisive Good judgment Excellent communication skills Ability to understand cause and effect and the impact decisions can make on others
