Job Description

NFI North is seeking Direct Care Supervisors for Second Shift Wednesday - Saturday shifts and Sunday - Wednesday shifts at our 16-bed adult program that has been relocated to Arbor View in Newport, NH. This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services, case management, and life skills for adults living with mental illness who are seeking independent living. Many of our participants get back into the community by volunteering, getting jobs, and transitioning into apartments with the support of our amazing staff team.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily activities of participants, providing ongoing support, guidance, and role modeling. Supervise the Direct Care Counselors in completing their duties and aiding the Assistant Program Director in carrying out the responsibilities of the program operations. Responsible for medication administration and ensuring the safety of the program. Supervisors are members of the management team and have rotating on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree preferred, and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with client population.
