  • Full-time ASPE-NH is currently seeking skilled Superintendents for projects across the New England Region.
Experience on Precast projects is a plus. As an ASPE-NH employee, you will have… 7 paid holidays a year 80 hours of vacation after your first year with the ability to accrue up to 160 hours based on length of service Health insurance offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental and Vision Plan options Options to enroll in Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability Coverages The ability to purchase a Guaranteed Life Insurance Policy up to $50,000.00 401(K) program offered with an employer match Superintendent will manage and control assigned projects, including overseeing field operations, site safety, productivity, schedules, quality of work, and subcontractor and supplier coordination. Working in conjunction with the Project Manager in leading the project team.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Completion of OSHA 10 or 30 Hours for the construction industry Safety standards knowledge and enforcement Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective under time pressure situations Self-starter with the ability to set goals and tasks with strong leadership skills Ability to read blueprints Possess an understanding of building plans and specifications Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) a plus Adaptability/Flexibility Good judgment and decision-making skills Work well under stress Ability to handle situations involving sensitive and confidential company information Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels in a professional manner Analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines Ability to perform duties independently, as well as with others Ability to manage people of all skill levels, ethnic and educational backgrounds First Aid and CPR Certification a Plus Visit our website to apply: https://aspe-nh.com/North/careers/index.aspx
