About Our Client Michael Page is recruiting for a role in the construction industry located in Boston. Job Description Manage day-to-day on-site operations for commercial construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company protocols. Monitor project schedules and budgets to maintain efficiency. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and progress. Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients and project managers. Document project progress and provide regular updates to leadership. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience managing commercial construction projects, particularly those up to $40M. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices. Effective leadership and team coordination skills. Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and project documentation. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure. Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
