Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here We're seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Superintendent to lead field operations on excavation, utility, and site development projects throughout Southern New Hampshire. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing crews, subcontractors, equipment, and daily project execution while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Do Lead daily operations on heavy civil, earthwork, utility, grading, and paving projects Manage field crews, subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics Read and interpret civil plans, specifications, and utility profiles Coordinate site activities while maintaining production, quality, and safety standards Conduct field inspections, daily reporting, and safety meetings Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients to keep projects on track What We're Looking For 5+ years of heavy civil, excavation, or site development experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent Strong knowledge of earthwork, underground utilities, grading, paving, and site development Ability to read civil blueprints and manage multiple crews and subcontractors Experience with Procore, HCSS, GPS grade control, or similar construction technology is a plus OSHA 30, CDL, and other heavy civil certifications are highly desirable
