Job Description The Industrial Construction Superintendent will: Manage all field operations from project startup through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved Conduct daily jobsite meetings and oversee construction activities Enforce safety policies and maintain OSHA compliance Monitor project quality and oversee QA/QC initiatives Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements Work closely with Project Managers to address field issues and maintain project schedules Track jobsite productivity and identify opportunities for improvement Maintain daily reports, schedules, and project documentation Manage punch list completion and project turnover activities Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
