Job Description Project Management:
Manage a portfolio of 5-10 concurrent commercial interior construction projects ranging from $1M to $10M in value.
Quality Control:
Oversee projects from turnover through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations are achieved.
Team Leadership:
Coordinate with clients, general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle.
Documentation:
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
Schedule Management:
Conduct project meetings and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.

Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. The Successful Applicant 5-10+ years of project management experience in commercial construction. Strong background in interiors, carpentry, drywall, framing, ceilings, or related trades. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and trade coordination. Ability to independently manage projects with little day-to-day supervision. Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
