Applicants must be able to balance relationships with the trade-laborers being supervised, and our end-users/customers. The majority of a field supervisors time will be spent 'on-the-road' checking in on ongoing installations, monitoring overall site progress, and actively updating our construction schedules/road maps. Organization, effective communication, and responsiveness are key components for success in this role. Finish construction experience is preferred, but all candidates hired will receive an 'apprenticeship'-style 'ride-along' training period with a current Aldo Design Group Field Supervisor, as well as other industry-relevant training in the products and systems our company offers.

Company Vehicle, Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, PTO, etc. Responsibilities Visit ongoing construction project sites daily to certify quality of work being performed, update schedules, attend construction meetings, etc. Measure and pre-qualify existing conditions at ongoing construction projects to confirm they are ready for finish trade installation. Meet with homeowners and end users to resolve post-installation defects, if any. Pick-up and delivery of minor supplies and sundries as needed. Maintain relationships and communication with Aldo Design Group subcontracted installers.
