They will review estimates and scopes, develop execution plans, and coordinate crews, materials, subcontractors, and customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The PM will own project schedules, budgets, labor tracking, and financial reporting while ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope. They will serve as the primary customer contact, providing status updates, managing expectations, and proactively resolving project risks. Success in this role requires strong organization, ownership, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously. Skills and Requirements 3-5 years of Project Management experience within commercial construction, IT infrastructure (Security, CCTV, AV, etc.), telecom, or data center projects from estimate through closeout. Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects including schedules, budgets, resources, materials, and project deliverables. Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to provide project status updates, manage expectations, and resolve issues. Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders including customers, field crews, subcontractors, and internal leadership. Proven ability to track project financials, labor hours, risks, and timelines using Excel or other project management tools. Experience supporting fiber optic, OSP/ISP, FTTH, carrier, wireless, or structured cabling projects. Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar project management software.
