Job Description

We are a new, quickly growing ABA therapy agency, committed to helping children and young adults with ASD with compassion and personalized attention. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, providing behavioral therapy and conducting diagnostic evaluations. Candidate will also be comfortable training therapists and parents in behavior and skill based programs. This position will be in the East Hanover area and during daytime hours. Spanish is
REQUIRED.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to assess and support individuals with behavioral challenges
  • Develop and oversee behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments
  • Provide training and support to staff working with individuals with special needs
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Spanish is required
  • Experience working with children or adults with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
  • Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Familiarity with special education practices and policies This is a paid position offering competitive compensation.
