Job Description Team Leadership:
Follow up with subcontractors to obtain required project information and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
Documentation:
Organize and manage project documentation, records, and file systems.
Schedule Management:
Assist in developing and updating project schedules using Microsoft Project.
Project Management:
Attend project meetings with owners, subcontractors, architects, and project teams.
Quality Control:
Develop a strong understanding of project scopes, construction processes, and various construction trades.
Project Coordination:
Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support to Project Managers. Experience in construction, project coordination, estimating, purchasing, field operations, or related construction functions. Ability to read and interpret architectural, engineering, and construction drawings. Understanding of permitting processes and construction documentation. Knowledge of multiple construction trades is highly preferred. Experience with ProjectSight, Procore, or similar construction management software is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
