full-time We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading infrastructure construction organization. This position will oversee substation and utility infrastructure projects and is ideal for someone with a strong contractor-side background who understands both winning work and executing it successfully in the field. This is a hands-on leadership position with significant responsibility for project financials, field execution, customer relationships, and overall project performance. What This Role Involves Manage substation and utility construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Take ownership of project budgets, forecasting, schedules, procurement, billing, change orders, and cost controls. Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, engineering teams, utilities, and customers. Participate in estimating, bidding, project pursuits, scope reviews, and contract negotiations. Identify and resolve field, schedule, cost, and contractual issues before they impact project performance. Drive accountability across project teams while maintaining strong customer relationships. Ideal Background 7+ years of project management or construction management experience. Strong background with an electrical contractor, EPC contractor, utility contractor, or T&D/substation contractor. Direct experience with substation, high-voltage, transmission, distribution, or related electrical infrastructure construction. Demonstrated ownership of the full construction project management process, including cost, schedule, change management, and field execution. Experience competing for and winning construction work is highly preferred. Strong understanding of electrical construction operations and field coordination. Why Consider This Opportunity?
