Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fence Crew Foreman to lead and oversee fencing installation projects on residential and commercial construction sites. In this role, you will manage a team of skilled workers, coordinate daily operations, ensure safety compliance, and deliver high-quality fencing solutions efficiently. Your expertise in construction management, blueprint reading, and crew supervision will drive project success from start to finish. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead impactful projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment. Duties Lead and supervise fence installation crews, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications Coordinate daily construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task delegation Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide installation processes accurately Conduct site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and adherence to construction regulations Review and interpret construction drawings and schematics for proper fence placement and material requirements Oversee subcontractor activities, manage contracts, and ensure all work aligns with project scope and budget Maintain safety protocols in accordance with federal construction safety regulations and OSHA standards Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to coordinate construction schedule updates and resolve issues promptly Experience Proven experience managing teams in a construction management role within commercial or heavy civil projects Extensive background in construction site experience with a focus on fencing or related infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings review Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively across multiple projects Knowledge of federal construction safety regulations (OSHA) and construction safety management practices Experience supervising crews on large-scale projects with a focus on quality control and safety compliance Skilled in managing subcontractors, reviewing contracts, and coordinating project schedules seamlessly Excellent managerial communication skills with the ability to lead teams confidently while maintaining a positive work environment Join us as a Fence Crew Foreman if you're passionate about leading impactful projects with precision and safety at the forefront.
