This role requires previous experience in purchasing and project management, within the Construction industry. We are looking for an ambitious individual, who can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Must also have a sense of humor, and be able to remain calm under pressure. Job Description- Maintain project timelines, from award stage to completion, with a keen focus on critical dates Collaborate and communicate with multiple departments, as well as clients and vendors, to ensure a successful project Coordinate and track all project submittals and approval: shop drawings, samples, product data, change requests, etc. Make sure all material for each project is received, accurate, and delivered on schedule Operating heavy machinery Checks work progress to redirect activity and resources to meet project goals and time frames Oversee production of contract plans, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules Requirements- 1-3 years of Experience Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organization skills Superb communication and follow up skills Ability to prioritize many simultaneous responsibilities in order to meet aggressive project deadlines Strong sense of urgency with a "can-do" attitude Self-motivated, disciplined, results-oriented Must have a driver's license Effective multitasking Ability to lift up to 80 lbs Has a working knowledge of construction Competitive Salary, Based on Experience.
