Expected Background Ideally 1-3 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, contractor operations, or a comparable support role. Basic understanding of construction terminology, drawings, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation is helpful. A degree or coursework in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
