•onstruction Assistant Project Manager needed. MUST have GC experience.
• Building large residential - new construction buildings. Experience working for a
LARGE GC
in NY or NJ wanted. The ideal candidate will possess project management skills and an understanding of project engineering and implementation methodologies. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role works directly under the Project Manager running the build. MUST have some new, out of ground experience building

projects. Duties Help manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution. Meet with management to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns. Oversee the implementation of projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. Coordinate resources and manage team dynamics to foster a productive work environment. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Prepare detailed reports on project status to senior management. Collaborate with teams on program design to align project objectives with organizational goals. Requirements Some experience in project management, particularly in project engineering or implementation roles. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management in a project context. Excellent meeting facilitation skills with the ability to lead discussions effectively. Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement.
