Hiring a Project Manager - Civil Site/Land Development to join an expanding team based in Lake Como, New Jersey . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced civil engineering professional looking to l ead impactful land development projects , mentor teams , and play a key role in the continued growth of a collaborative and fast-paced organization . Why This is a Great Opportunity Leadership role with strong visibility and career growth potential Opportunity to manage diverse land development projects from concept through construction Collaborative and energetic culture with strong employee engagement Strong focus on mentorship, professional development, and internal advancement Fast-growing organization with a strong pipeline of work Responsibilities Manage civil site and land development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater, and permitting Lead project teams, schedules, budgets, and client relationships Oversee technical design, QA/QC, and regulatory coordination Prepare proposals, presentations, and project documentation Coordinate with municipalities, agencies, and review boards Mentor junior engineers and support staff development Support business development and regional growth initiatives Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license required 7+ years of civil site/land development experience Strong knowledge of site design, stormwater management, utilities, and permitting Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology/hydraulic software Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment If you're looking for an opportunity to lead impactful land development projects while growing your career within a collaborative environment, this is a conversation worth having.
Pay:
$120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
