WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead all phases of a Public new construction project from planning through completion Manage and coordinate onsite personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and schedule adherence Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans Interface professionally with project inspectors, architects, engineers, municipal officials, and clients Negotiate subcontractor scopes and costs to maintain project budget integrity Enforce high standards of workmanship in strict adherence to plans, specifications, and safety requirements Serve as the primary point of contact on site — you own the project!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Public Construction Superintendent — Required Demonstrated ability to manage all aspects of a project from groundbreaking through certificate of occupancy Strong leadership presence — you command respect on a job site and hold people accountable Excellent communication skills — comfortable interfacing with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors Proficiency with construction management software (Procore or similar) College degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred but not required with equivalent experience Detail-oriented and deadline-driven — you don't miss dates and you don't cut corners
