Job Description Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Manage and oversee subcontractors and construction crews. Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders. Handle any on-site issues or delays promptly and efficiently. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience managing construction projects in the Heavy Civil industry. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and on-site personnel. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
