Senior Project Manager - Lab/Pharma Construction

As a family-owned organization, they have built a reputation for delivering complex projects across commercial, healthcare, and institutional markets.
Job Description Project Management:
Serve as the Lead Project Manager on a high-profile Lab & Research Facility project with a 24-36 month duration.
Schedule Management:
Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, risk management, and execution efforts.
Team Leadership:
Collaborate closely with field operations and project teams, including an Assistant Project Manager, Assistant Superintendent, and Lead Superintendent.
Quality Control:
Oversee project financial performance, including cost controls, forecasting, change management, and reporting.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Documentation:
Participate in project meetings, strategy discussions, and executive-level reporting as needed. The Successful Applicant 10+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry working for a General Contractor. Proven experience managing large-scale projects valued between $30M-$50M+. Background in higher education, institutional, laboratory, public-sector, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similarly complex construction projects. Design-build project experience is highly preferred. Strong client-facing presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, solve problems proactively, and navigate complex project challenges. Known for being hardworking, loyal, honest, and dependable. Professional, team-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and represents the company exceptionally well.
