ScaVet Technologies, LLC Position Summary ScaVet Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee Construction Management services for the National Park Service (NPS) Hartsbourne Avenue roadway rehabilitation project. The Project Manager will serve as the primary management representative responsible for contract administration, quality assurance oversight, client coordination, schedule management, and supervision of on-site construction management personnel. This position requires extensive experience managing federal construction projects, roadway rehabilitation, and infrastructure improvements while ensuring compliance with National Park Service standards and Federal acquisition requirements. Responsibilities Serve as the primary Project Manager for the Construction Management contract. Manage overall contract performance and serve as the primary point of contact with the NPS Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Supervise Construction Manager(s) assigned to the project. Develop and maintain the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Review contractor submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Requests for Price Proposals (RPPs), and change documentation. Monitor project schedules, budgets, contractor performance, and project milestones. Lead weekly progress meetings and prepare agendas and meeting minutes. Coordinate with NPS personnel, design consultants, park staff, utility companies, and construction contractors. Review cost estimates and assist with contract negotiations and equitable adjustment evaluations. Monitor project risks, safety, environmental compliance, and schedule impacts. Ensure all project documentation is complete and submitted on schedule. Provide executive-level reports and recommendations to NPS leadership. Ensure construction activities minimize impacts to park visitors and natural resources. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience. Minimum 5 years managing Federal construction projects. Experience administering construction contracts valued over $5 million. Strong knowledge of Federal construction contracting procedures. Experience with roadway rehabilitation or heavy civil construction preferred. OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification. Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications National Park Service project experience. USACE, FHWA, DOT, or Federal Lands Highway experience. Professional Engineer (PE), CCM, or PMP certification. Experience with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Experience using ProjectTeam or similar cloud-based construction management software. Pay:

$130,000.00•$155,000.00 per year
