This role is vital in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within scope, budget, and schedule. As a Project Foreman, you will coordinate teams, manage subcontractors, interpret technical drawings, and uphold quality standards across all phases of construction. Your leadership will drive project success while maintaining compliance with all safety regulations and construction standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on the construction site, supervising crews and subcontractors to ensure work progresses according to plan. Coordinate construction schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management software to meet deadlines. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design specifications. Manage project budgets, track costs, and assist in procurement processes utilizing Construction Management Software such as ProCore or Prolog. Enforce OSHA and federal construction safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel. Conduct quality control inspections, ensuring work meets project specifications and industry standards. Supervise the review of contracts, change orders, and construction drawings while managing project schedules and coordinating construction activities effectively. Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in residential renovation and new construction. Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a construction management role with excellent supervisory skills. Proficiency with construction management software. Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations such as OSHA and federal safety standards. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and schematics; Experience supervising construction site activities with a focus on quality control and schedule coordination. Ability to communicate effectively with management teams, clients, subcontractors, and crew members to ensure smooth project execution.
