This role will report to our SVP of Construction and communicate daily with our Regional Operations Managers and SVP of Operations as required. Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate tenant "fit-out" construction projects across multi-state portfolio of owned and managed buildings.
• Assist with capital improvement projects as needed.
• Assist with hiring, management & oversight of contractors, vendors and on-site construction management staff.
• Ensure safe work environments and code compliance.
• Track projects and provide schedule updates as needed to Construction and Operations.
• Assist with material purchases as directed for branding consistency of newly constructed spaces. Requirements
• Experience in supervision and construction oversight.
• Must be comfortable reading and interpreting construction documents.
• Familiarity with best practices and code compliance in the construction industry.
• Minimum HS diploma required; additional certifications and/or degree in construction management a plus.
• Must be willing to travel, as approximately 75%- 80% of time will be spent at or traveling to or from various projects.
• Must have a working knowledge of Property Management functions and be able to ensure that projects are coordinated with onsite staff and with minimum tenant disruption.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
