They are currently looking to add a Field Superintendent to their team. Salary/Hourly Rate $70k - $105k Position Overview We are looking to welcome a qualified Field Superintendent to our client's team in this key role within the organization. This individual will oversee the daily on-site management of subcontractors and ensure the timely completion of all required reports. Responsibilities Of The Field Superintendent Schedule and coordinate subcontractors. Maintain the proper sequence of construction activities. Maintain and update a 3-week look-ahead schedule. Enforce quality control standards and maintain jobsite expectations. Required Experience/Skills For The Field Superintendent Minimum of 3 years of Field Superintendent experience. Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Preferred Experience/Skills For The Field Superintendent Self-starter who demonstrates a positive attitude and integrity in all business relationships. Effective problem-solving skills.
