You're supported by experienced Project Managers and company leadership, but you're not expected to wait for someone else to tell you how to run the job.
We value people who:
Know how to build. Know how to lead. Know how to solve problems. And take responsibility for the outcome. • Read plans and specifications and translate them into executable field operations.
  • Recognize problems before they become delays or cost issues.
  • Hold subcontractors and field personnel accountable.
  • Understand how manpower, equipment, materials, and sequencing affect production.
  • Communicate effectively with ownership, Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, clients, and crews.
  • Maintain control of safety, quality, schedule, and production.
  • Develop people and build strong field teams.
