The Site Supervisor will be the primary point of contact on-site, coordinating between contractors, suppliers, and project managers to facilitate smooth workflow and problem resolution. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is performed according to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and other on-site personnel to ensure efficient workflow. Monitor progress and quality of work to meet project timelines and quality benchmarks. Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Manage on-site resources, including materials and equipment, to prevent delays or shortages. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members regarding project status, issues, and updates. Address on-site issues promptly and implement solutions to minimize disruptions. Ensure compliance with all relevant construction codes, regulations, and company policies. Maintain detailed records of daily activities, inspections, and safety reports. Requirements Proven experience in construction site supervision or a similar role with a strong understanding of construction processes. Construction site experience is essential for effectively managing daily operations. Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, contractors, and clients. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to construction sites. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is preferred. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving on-site issues. Valid relevant certifications or licenses related to construction supervision are advantageous.
