M Position Summary:

Dobco is seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily operations on-site for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial, municipal, and military construction, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage field crews and subcontractors while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities and crews. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. Schedule and manage subcontractors, deliveries, and equipment on-site. Monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project plans and specifications. Identify and resolve field issues or delays promptly. Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and communicate updates to Project Managers and clients. Mentor and guide field staff to maintain a productive, professional work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial, public, or military construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
